Shipping policy

Playmags is Shipped from our Melbourne warehouse in Dandenong Sameday when order is received. Cut off time 2pm Monday-Friday.

All shipping outside Metro will incur in couriers fee. Please note the dispatch team will contact you and you may choose to cancel or not to cancel at the time of quote. 

We use a variety of Shipping partners for fast delivery including Couriers please, Fastway couriers, Startrack, Australia post, and more. 

Following are the usauall expected delivery times for metro. Please note country/rural area may take abit longer:

Melbourne - Next day

Sydney - Next day

Brisbane - 2 Days

Canberra ACT - 2 Days

Perth WA - 6 Days

Tasmania - 4 Days
